Our most valuable service to individuals is our flagship service, the 1:1 or 2:1 face to face sessions, aimed at developing professional skills and effective approach to catering.
Interactive Group Training Workshops
Interactive group training workshops offer training to develop key knowledge or awareness. Topics can include: healthy eating and cooking, food, hygiene and HACCP, Food Safety Award Level 1 & 2, cooking techniques, culinary trends and fashions. Ricky enjoys coaching and training people in groups and teams to achieve performance goals, with practical tips and tricks for getting results.
Bespoke Recipes and Menus
Menu concept and designs created to specific briefs. Ricky provides advice and insight using evidence based on facts, figures and industry trends. Sound advice and guidence on food hygiene, marketing and customers, food preparation and service, and how to make your menus/recipes healthier.
