Roast rib of Bowland beef, watercress, creamed horseradish sandwich
This sandwich can be eaten hot or cold.
Ingredients: (Serves 1)
300g thinly sliced roast beef
1 Tbsp creamed horseradish
2 Slices thick sliced granary
75g Watercress leaves (thick stalks removed)
Salt & pepper to taste
Small knob of butter
1. Spread the butter & creamed horseradish on one side of both slices of bread.
2. Place the sliced beef on one of the slice’s, followed by the cress. Season lightly.
3. Place the remaining slice on top, cut the sandwich on the diagonal. Serve immediately.
