Raspberry Honey Thyme Vinaigrette

Total Yield: 1.2L.                Portion Yield: 16 x 75ml. Portions

Ingredients:

650ml Salad/veg Oil

200ml. Olive oil

250ml Raspberry Vinegar

150 ml Honey

1 ½ tbsp Fresh Thyme

Salt

Pepper

Method:

1              Gather your ingredients

2              Measure and weigh out ingredients

3              Mix the vinegar ,honey, and thyme

4              Now in a slow stream add the oil whisking the dressing the whole time

5              After mixing the dressing add the salt and pepper to taste

6              Mix again and taste again

7              Reserve the dressing in a squeeze bottle

8              Keeps up to 3 days at optimum flavour
