Blue Cheese Dip

Makes approx 500ml


250g Blue Stilton or Danish Blue (or even a mixture of both)

125g Mayonnaise

75ml Sour cream

50ml Double cream

1 Clove of garlic minced

1 Tbsp honey

Salt and pepper to season


1) In a mixing bowl add the mayonnaise, cream, garlic and honey

2) Crumble the cheese, and then add it to the wet mixture

3) Now blitz the sauce until small pieces of the cheese are still visible

4) Add salt and pepper to taste, take it easy on the salt, the cheese is salty as it is

5) Let rest for 30 minutes before use to let flavours infuse. This sauce will keep well in a refrigerated for 4 – 5 days
